Gothic Strategic Solutions Inc. (GSS) is a boutique advisory firm with deep expertise in certain niche sectors: aerospace and defence, aircraft leasing and finance, M&A advisory in select sectors, major procurement projects, tax-based finance and more. Our team of recognized senior professionals provide strategic consulting services in those situations where we can add significant enterprise value. We offer bold and innovative solutions where others are reluctant or unable to tread. Founded by Vern Kakoschke in 2010, the firm has been adding value in novel and entrepreneurial ways for many years.
What We Do

We conceptualize transactions by applying out-of-the-box thinking. We design complex structures that are on the cutting edge. We arrange transactions by sourcing appropriate counterparties, in our selected sectors. We negotiate term sheets and applicable commercial terms. We execute transactions by applying many years of hands-on relevant experience. We draw on our recognized expertise in the fields of business management, finance, tax and law (but we do not provide legal services).
